Since 2006, International Badmination Federation has implemented the 21-point rally point scoring system in all the international matches. In order to let the Macau local players and umpires to know more about and more familiar with the new rally point system, Macau Badmination Association had organized a seminar, which was taught by Mr. Lei Mingji, an international umpire, for explaination.
